Margot

Hear from Margot, HRIS manager, on the collaborative working culture that permeates through G-Research.

“My main focus is maintaining and developing our HR Technology landscape, which not only supports HR with their processes but also drives a lot of our downstream processes and permissions. This requires a lot of collaboration with many teams across the whole of the business and I’m always surprised at how willing everyone is to help out; there’s a culture here where everyone tries to set each other up for success.

“Another element of working at G-Research I enjoy is how dynamic the work environment is. It keeps you busy and continuously creates opportunities to develop yourself and your career, too.”
